your wrong because even if you crumble it up its still mixed up and it became one.You might think that you can tear it apart but as a result you will get a dead cake By daniel
I am sorry but you are wrong if you crumble up the cake it will just turn into big lumps. How could you sieve crumbs into eggs, flour and water ? Its impossible. I don't won't to be rude but if you sieve the big lumps of cake only a few crumbs will come out. Also the cake is cooked and the ingredients are mixed in with each other.Plus how would you get water out of a baked cake. Alesha
Did you know that there are over a thousand people that think that when you bake a cake they can reverse it back by crumbling it up and sieving it back to its original ingredients. Is this true statement true though? When you crumble a cake, you cannot sieve it back as once you crumble it and put it down the sieve it will all remain the same as once you combined all the mixtures you can’t separate it again. This happens because once you mix cake ingredients together you can’t separate them again, as if there was a cake which had things all over the place not together, the cake wouldn’t taste nice. You are probably wondering why ou can’t sieve it, the mixture is already mixed so even if you sieve it, it would have some large bits of cake left on it. Now have you changed your opinion if you did agree with the statement at the start? By: Ananya
You can't Turn the cake into the original ingredients as this is an example of an irreversible reaction. This means that once the cake is baked you can't turn it back so fluffy is wrong. If you crumble the cake it will become into smaller pieces but it will still remain as the same mixture not ingredients.
Dear Red Ball of Fluff, I am sorry but your wrong, if you sieve and crumble up the cake like that, your baked cake would get oozy and slimy. In fact, none of your true ingredients would appear when you do such a thing to this poverty-stricken cake. Yours sincerely, Methmi
Well that were your wrong . You cant do that even if you crumble the cake up and wait for one hour nothing will happen . so have you change your opinion ?
You can not turn it back to its normal self again because if you crumble it will turn into smaller pieces. Any way can you sieve crumbs to egg ,flour and water. I really do not want to be rude ,but do not take this personally. Also once you have mixed all the ingredients together you can not separate it what so ever.I hope you understand my point of view.
This statement is incorrect because it is an irreversible reaction. If you take the ingredients, flour, butter, milk, eggs and mix it you cannot separate this mixture because it has become dough. This is then baked which turns into a harder cake. If you try and crumble the cake and make it smaller and smaller bits and then sieve it, It will never return it to its original ingredients. Arya
Allow me to explain to you that it is impossible to turn the cake into it's original ingredients even if you crumble and sieve. If you crumble the cake it will just turn into smaller pieces but won't turn into flour, eggs, sugar and butter. It is still pieces of cake. Although, it's very tricky and some people might think it will turn up into its original ingredients but sorry to say, you are wrong. I hope this will be a help for you. Try to think of it.
Red ball there are 3 main reasons why I think you are wrong one crumbling it up it wont do any thing to the cake. Two You may think be thinking that if you crumble it the ingredients will loosen but your wrong there the ingredients don't stick together if they did it would just be eggs, butter and milk ect squished together. Finally and if you sieve it the crumbs would easily get through and the the chunks would just break a part and it is mixed so the ingredients would stay toghther one more thing the ingredients are bigger then them pieces that get sieved exept from the milk. by fahad
After you bake a cake you cannot turn it back into what it was. This because once cooked the ingredients harden a bit so that they cannot be as soft as they once were. They will also be mixed together so you would not be able to extract every single grain of sugar from lumps of butter. For example once the egg is separated you can’t put it back in it is shell, as it is an irreversible reaction
i think that the fat red fur ball is wrong because firstly it will drop to the floor no mater what you try it will still go to the floor so never try it
there you go your beautiful cake great good cake is gone i warned you not my falt
You cannot reverse a cake back into its original ingredients because when you mix Flour, Butter, Sugar, Eggs and Milk this mixture cannot be reverted, so this is now an irreversible reaction.
The mixture is used to bake the cake in the oven, after it is cook you cannot reverse it again. If you crumble the cake and sieve it. It will just becomes smaller bits but does not revert to the original ingredients.Arya.

If you bake a cake you create a irreversible reaction so if you crumble it up you cant change it back to the ingredients because if you mix and bake them it reacts and it creates a new thing so you can't revers it no longer.
Your incorrect because if you bake a cake you can't change it because it is a irrevsible reaction. You can try to sieve it but I guarantee you the ingrediants will not go back into it's normal state. This will not happen because it is cooked ,some ingredients are mixed and it some ingredients like butter has melted into a choclate mixture .
Your statement is incorrect. It is not possible to change a cake back to its original ingredients. Why? Because a 'chemical reaction' has taken place. What is a chemical reaction? A chemical reaction occurs when two or more substances combine to form a new substance. Heat, colour change, smell and the release of gases are evident when a chemical reaction takes place. When you mix the ingredients of a cake and pop it in the oven, a new substance is made. The cake batter requires heat to change it in to a cake, there is a colour change, carbon dioxide is released and also while the cake is baking a nice smell will fill the atmosphere. I hope you understand this chemical reaction and accept that you will not be able to get back the original ingredients.
Your wrong because even if you crumble it up its still mixed up and it became one.You can't change it back to the ingredients because if you mix and bake them it reacts and it creates a new thing so you can't revers it no longer. So no it does not work.

You are wrong because if you brake a cake and try to sieve it apart
ReplyDeletebecause the ingredients are mixed with each other and cake is irreversible.
